 Reservations process
For best availability, please place your order at least 7 days prior to the delivery date.   
How do I place an order?
Reservations can be made through our website. For rush orders check availability before reserving. After your request is placed, we will contact you to confirm all information and obtain any additional details  You may also place your order via e-mail at: rainbowtravelhawaii@gmail.com
What is the payment process?
All payments are processed through secure third parties, either Paypal and Shopify. Paypal and Shopify accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery and cash.
  Okay, I've placed my reservation request.  Now what?
  Our representatives will contact you within 24 hours of placing your reservation to confirm the details you have
  submitted and obtain any additional information needed. Then your order is confirmed.
 Minimum Rental Required?
 We require a minimum $30 rental, exclusive of delivery fee & state tax
 What are your hours and prices for delivery?
-Deliveries and pick-ups are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm.  Contact us to arrange a specific time.
Delivery/pick up fee
Hanalei, Princeville, Haena and to all North Shore                 $9.99
Kapaa, Lihue and Anahola                                                   $25.00

We do not deliver to Poipu
 For full size cribs, set up and break down is included with delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We do delivery service to Hanalei, Princeville, Haena, Kapaa, Lihue and Anahola      
Delivery to gated communities
For homes located in a gated community, please provide us with a gate code or notify the front gate of your expected delivery.  If we are unable to gain access to your property for delivery or return, we will charge an additional trip fee.
What if I am staying in a hotel?
All items will be left with your hotel bell/concierge desk and must be returned clearly marked with our name to the bell/concierge desk upon checkout on scheduled return date.
Is the baby equipment safe and clean?
Safety is our number one concern at Rainbow Travel Hawaii. We sanitize our products after every use and use only non-toxic cleaning products. Sheets and all cloth materials are laundered with fragrance free detergents. Baby rental gear is replaced on a regular basis to provide you quality equipment in great condition.
In what condition should the rental items be returned?
Equipment must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged to your credit card (replacement cost). 

Terms and Conditions



Normal wear and tear is to be expected, but lost or damaged equipment will be charged to your credit card (replacement cost).  

We will take care of normal cleaning, but excessive soiling will result in an additional cleaning charge ($25). Excessive soiling may include chewing gum, vomit, crayon, markers, or other difficult to remove substances.



The Client will use the equipment only for and in accordance with its intended use and pursuant to any instructions provided therewith. Loss or damage to the equipment, reasonable wear and tear excepted, is the responsibility of the Client. In no event will Rainbow Travel Hawaii be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury (including death) caused by or arising out of the use of any equipment provided by Rainbow Travel Hawaii, or the failure of the equipment to function as intended. Full right, title and ownership of the equipment will at all times remain vested with Rainbow Travel Hawaii. It is the Client's responsibility to examine the equipment prior to use to determine fitness and state of repair and to return the equipment in the same state of repair and cleanliness as when delivered.
